Damaris Bernard the Founder and Director of Natura Lingua Language Institute, has spent the last 18 years teaching language and assisting many hospitals, and health care related companies in the transition from unilingual (English only) services, to bilingual patient servicing format.
Damaris Bernard has domestic and international experience in teaching languages (Spanish, Italian and English) to adults and children for reputable language institutions in Europe (Italy, Austria, Germany) and the United States (New Jersey and California)Specializing in conversation, pronunciation, intonation and grammar.
As Senior Instructor, Damaris Bernard taught a wide variety of students representing a broad spectrum of ethnic, professional and economic backgrounds, developed language programs specialized in Spanish for health care professionals (Medical, Dental, Nutritional, Business, Legal and General Customer Service) and patient servicing staffs (nurses, receptionist, supervisors, WIC staff, managers, vice - presidents, etc.).
Damaris Bernard has also lent her expertise in translating websites geared to promote bilingual services, legal documents, brochures, flyers, contracts, etc. |
