 Olaf Hartmann’s whole life has primarily been about studying and exploring the cultivation of life force energy, realizing it more and more as the key to deeper embodiment, health, happiness and creativity. For that exploration he has spent extended periods of time fasting, in silence, in darkness, without sleep, in nature, in meditation and in high activation, finding ways to ignite and sustain life force from a deeper place within. He was trained as an engineer and left corporate in his early twenties, traveling the world by bicycle for five years. He has traveled to more than 30 countries and has lived with and learnt from the people of many cultures and subcultures. He has studied with numerous masters and teachers in the fields of yoga, the Martial and the Healing Arts and is honored as Master Homo Sanctus by Taoist Grandmaster Jiang Jing Sung.
Rev. Olaf is a certified Supreme Science Qi Gong Instructor, a Dance Alive Movement Teacher, and Massage Therapist. He teaches three weekly Qi Gong classes in Santa Monica as well as Qi Gong workshops internationally. His teaching style is gentle, yet strong and truthful, with a deep understanding of how to support a student's vitality to come forth and a sincere desire to support each soul’s embodiment. |
