| Back to Instructor Listing Rev. Greta has contributed much to the evolution of the Education Ministry into its current iteration as UTSLA, The University of Transformational Studies and Leadership. After graduating from Practitioner studies in 1993, she served as facilitator for “Roots of Science of Mind,” “Spiritual Practices-Treatment and Meditation” and for “Practitioner Two Training” for five years, many of those as lead facilitator. From 1997 to 2000, Rev. Greta facilitated break-out groups at Agape’s annual Revelation Conferences, led transformative workshops, and created sacred ceremonies and rites of passage for both individuals and organizations. In the Fall of 2002, she played an active part in visioning and designing the transformation of the Agape Education Ministry, which included classes, workshops and special events embracing spiritual education, into Agape Institute, which supported livelong learning for the soul and offered Bachelors and Master’s degree programs and certificate programs in Mystical Wisdom Traditions, Health and Wellness, and Creative Expression. Rev. Greta served as Assistant Dean of Agape Institute from July 2003 to July 2005. During this same period of time she served in a dual capacity on the Deans’ Council as Assistant Dean of Holmes Institute School of Consciousness Studies for ministerial students. Public Relations has always been a strong area of interest and concentration for Rev. Greta and she has worked tirelessly with national groups, local organizations and individuals promoting inspirational programs while continuing to be an effective channel for the dissemination of the good news about the Agape movement worldwide. From 1997 through 2001 she wrote winning grant proposals for, and co-produced, Agape Choir Concerts at the John Anson Ford Amphitheater. In 1998, she was the originating administrative assistant and publicist for the launching of “A Season for NonViolence,” a 64-day international campaign that honors the work of Mahatma Gandhi and Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. Rev. Greta has co-produced a number of special events including the first New Thought Music Symposium in 2001 and presenting the 150-voice Agape International Choir in sold-out performances at John Anson Ford Amphitheater, The Getty Museum and Royce Hall, UCLA. In January 2003 she co-produced the first Children’s Music Camp and throughout the years produced many other Agape events including anniversary celebrations, New Year’s eve parties, concerts and workshops by Carl Anderson, Cal Bennett and others. She currently writes the Agape eBulletin which over 12,000 people worldwide receive online. |
